illegal confinement of my younger Brother Khyam

I m Altaf Hussain Baloch Advocate from Karachi and my younger brother namely Khyam Baloch doing business at Dubai for the last 13 years and my brother illegal confined by unknown persons at Dubai and they are showing themselves as police official but not showing identity and keep my brother in custody from 19/4:2018 even refused to give access to meet minor children and wife.. It is further submitted that the said act violation of fundamental Rights even till today my brother illegally confide .
