Demand on removing of sewage pipes for driver safety

On July 14, 2016, I left my house in my fathers car with an objective to go get breakfast. I live at 84 Ingraham Blvd on the corner of levering street. I made a left turn from leverich (because my driveway is on leverich) onto Ingraham Blvd. As I was driving on Ingraham Blvd, I was passing the intersection of Ingraham Blvd and Phoenix street ( a street off of Ingraham Blvd ). A driver was coming from Phoenix street and hit my fathers car (the car I was driving). Now according to the police, the other driver failed to yield at stop sign and crashed into me. Although the driver did crash into me, I am 100 percent sure this accident would not have happened if it weren't for the sewage pipes stored in the middle of Ingraham Blvd. These sewage pipes have acted as a blind spot and have made it difficult for drivers to see where they are going. Therefore, I'm asking the people of Hempstead (mainly around Ingraham Blvd) to sign this petition so accidents like the one I was in wont happen due to the lack of negligence from the Peter Scalamandre & Sons construction company.
