Harrasment By Gatineau Youth Protection and AFMRO

"Without Prejudice". Here are the problems that need to be fixed(all of which I have paper and other legal proofs) It is not my intention to cause libel or defamation of character but the justice now seems to lie with the public.

*bailiffs from quebec (from gatineau) must follow law and serve properly not just mail it to you,or pop it in the mailbox,

*the courhouse needs childcare on the premises,

*legal aid should have an office in the courthouse building like the other provinces,

*the family court judges should be aware that the esteemed Youth Protection of Gatineau has been running amock and has commited through the lawyer lies of deciet,malace,false information,witholding documentation ,covering the harrasment of the AFMRO ect...

*procedure needs to be followed (ie:no talking befor the client is in the room)

*their ordered service of the use of AFMRO has been harrasing clients by withholding documentation,not being completely fluent in english so that they may submit accurate documents for the clients and the court, They are also underfunded to which their has been a recent appeal( petition) for the negligence of poor standards(even cleanliness),

*the Gatineau Youth Protection not following the courts orders causing stress to the client they are serving. Sending their workers to Ontario to harrase parents .

  Using old documentation that is outdated.  Refussal to present evidence to the opposing party.  Ignoring Quebecs" Montreal" overseeing authority that decided that the client was not to be represented by their organization and not showing this letter to the judge.  Having their only lawyer in the same building where the clients go so they are privy to interaction with the accused clients.

The lawyer refussing to send all documentation in both languages. The managers refusing to hold their employess accountable for harrasment when the province takes a year and a half to deal with anyones complaint.

Quebecs harrasment bureau should be immediate(a week or 2).Failing to ensure any child 14 and up is privy to legal services in Quebec. Having knowledge that the client is perscribed medication that is harmful to the client and ignoring that.  Failing to ensure the client is not harrased under normal circumstances.    Failing to answer the phone live for child emergency services. 24-7 .

Failing to respond to reasonable requests from the public to have a worker check on the child.  Ignoring harrasment complaints from Ontario.  Failing to provide safe transportation of the clients.  Failing to have individual phones for client services to respond to any correspondance (share between 4-5 people-theirfor to slow and no confidentuality)

Failing to have sufficiently trained staff to serve the public.Turning the lights out on the clients in a dark lobby after the reception goes home .(ie :when I was there to myself and an english Native young lady)

*16.3,18.4,29.2, a free,a satutory set,a common ser.

   There have been years of this behaviour with rumours that each worker has a "quota".Numerous years of complaints against them.Ignorant agaist the rule that "if you are a part of something(like a doctors office ) all records of any sort cannot be denied to each party involved whether the child is of age 14 or older.THey continue to send a child to a specialist when the specialist is under investigation when they have others that are quite confident and can easily do the job,

  It is time for this organization to be checked,changed,bring Montreal to Gatineau and have another organization to spot check their cases ect (the same as all other vital organizations).

  Make public some information to how many complaints have been made against their organization and lawsuits.They are to make sure legal represtation is provided befor court to their clients and poor coming in with legal aid certificates.
