i booked 2 weeks in the blue sea bugibba malta i saw beautiful pictures on line of this hotel when i got there i was in total shock it was falling down and very dirty they showed me my room it was not fit for pigs to stay in the furniture was broken and the floors was so dirty and bedding there where hairs in the shower and the toilet was so disgusting aircon not working , i went to find resturant for breakfast and it was down in the basement so i ask for a lift to go down there and they said there was not any as i have a phobla of going down it took me 20 minuates to get there my whole body was shaking there where 24 steps to go down it never catered for disabled or the elderly to use this resturant well dare i say the food was not edible and food was not kept on regulated temp so every day i missed eating there there where broken steps and walls and cealing where falling around us all the corridors floors and wall where so dirty the 1 lift that worked the light was broken so at night it was so dark in there, the children swimming pool hat small cockroaches where swimming it there and the adult swimming pool was things floating in it in the 2 weeks i was there they never cleaned the pools the poo area was invested my ants , the third day into my holiday i was going to sleep and flying cockroaches landed in my hair i started screaming and went to reception this was 1am in the morning they showed me five rooms from 1am to 4am and every room either was dirty all aircon not working at the end they put me in a room that was worse than a prison cell i became very ill and needed a doctor and most of my money went on medication iu am a pensioner and i saved up along time for this holiday , any way there where many accidents there and even thou i am home there is still a poor lady in hospital she as had an operation and pins put in her legs as the whoe building is leaking and wet floors every where we all complained but they did nothing just left it i never saw a cleaner going into my room first or last i went out and bought sheets pillow cases and towels , and cleaned this cell my self the out side reception area there where table and chairs the chairs where broken and saw a few people had accidents on them i could go on and on MALTA IS IN THE EU AND THIS HOTEL HAS BROKEN SO MANY EU REGULATIONS AND I FEEL THEY HAVE BROKEN MY HUMAN RIGHTS AND VIOLATED ME I AM STILL IN SHOCK AND VERY SCARED TO GO TO SLEEP AS I AM HAVING TERRIBLE NIGHTMARES AS I MENTIONED I AM A PENSIONER please sign this petition so the EU can close this hotel and save all holiday makers from all i have seen and been through my self please sign this petition this would change the way hokiday makers are treated thank you
