Give people rights to there own property and oppose city ordiance 17-001

Jesery county Ill implemented a city ordiance saying you can’t sell,
Buy are move in are out of there county mobile home,shed garage or modular home,manufactured home older then 12 years old that means if you own a mobile home shed garage modular home or manufactured home and took a 15-20 year loan out b4 you can pay it off you must tear it down or get a maximum 5,000$ fine a day b4 selling your own property instead of raising the value on property of your property they make you tear it down,there are exinptions but they won’t hold to them and I kwno 2 people that diff people that was grandfatherd in and qualified for the exemptions but they still made them tear there home down without even giving a inspection on a beatifiul home they made the home owners tear there home down,it’s a scam to steal what not theres (money,property,watever they can get,)please sign my petion so jersey county Ill stop making people tear down there homes and oblish city ordinance 17-001?,we the people feel it biased and discrimation of the lower class,they say it’s under the pretense of health and safety..the great home owners I know that had to tear down a perfect home they couldn’t even get inspected from the county just really bad persons with no people skills ,Tomice Jefferson said if you sacrifice health and safety for freedom we loose both and that’s wat is happing please help!
