Is possible an official news website has been banned by Reddit? I lost my job because of it.

I worked for Iranfrontpagee.com, translation of select items from the Iranian press. I had an account in Reddit and I submitted the articles there, suddenly Reddit banned the domain, was it my fault or them? They banned an official news source, if it happened by me so I can make all other sources there block there too. However the Reddit admins didn't answer to my requests even, I couldn't get a good report to my manager and I lost my job, just because of Reddit. I don't know why when users share the news there from the domain will be spam, please help, check and if you are one of the Reddit admins know that when I asked you and respected to you I needed support too.
