Stop Alcohol Sales at Sporting Events

Alcohol at sporting events is causing more problems each year! frequently we find stories in the media of people being acting out inhuman like at sporting events by causing riots over lost games, fights between rivaling teams, and people tripping and falling down rows of stairs while trying to return to their seats because they are extremly intoxicated, thus causing unessicary attention and quite frequently medical attention from sometimes broken bones, or excessive bleeding these accidents bring, not to mention the damages that come from drinking alcohol and being exposed to excessive amounts of sunlight, which work hand in hand to dehydrate the body, and cause harm to the skin. lastly studies have shown that 8% of people leaving sporting evnets are driving with a BAC of 0.08%, the legal limit in which a DUI may be admited.

A new policy needs to be put in place to extremely limit the sale of alcohol at sporting events. by creating a "drinking Card" in which patrons will be monitored of how many drinks are purchased during an events. this card will hold detailed information of each person. when purchasing a drink, the customer will ned to swipe their drivers license through a regular card reader. this will then tell the computer to digitaly place a picture, and the name, age, any records of DUI'S or alcohol related problems, on the card. doing so would  limit the amount of drinks a person is allowed to purchase, by placing a general maximum amout of drinks to be purchased per game. in the big picture this would save the city millions in lawsuits, and expenses of attending to hurt patrons from these events.
