Back Story - Some people smelled alcohol on Ben's breath, but he NEVER came to a game drunk. He would sometimes go grab a couple of beers and dinner TWO hours before game time. Washing his mouth with mouthwash. Which does have an alcohol smell.
We never heard any complaints from parents. In fact he has had so many moms from other teams,coaches and umpires say what a great coach he is. He loves his kids, and even helps the kids on the opposite team.
Then you have coaches that all they do is yell and make their own kids cry. Ben is the one to let lifts them up. Ben is the coach many kids ask for. With 3 boys in baseball, he works very hard to help not just them, but everyone. It is his passion, and it was taken right under his feet.
Please sign this petition if you believe that Ben is one of the best out there and should not be kicked out of CCYBA.

PS - He has also seen other coaches at the bar getting a few drinks before the game. Just not fair.
