animal Abusers are one of the main reasons there are so many animals in Hospitals & Rescue shelters are so full. If we join not only JAILTIME & a "HEFTY FINE" Offender's should have to make several DONATIONS" TO A RESCUE SHELTERS & HOSPITALS IN NEED
