BCSPCA Stop performing unecessary surgeries on older dogs!!

Sign this petition to stop the bcspca from performing unecessary surgeries on older dogs, then re-selling the animals for more money!!!  To make this supposedly non-profit animal organization accountable to the public, and to the Ministry of Agriculture where the bcspca originally started, for the safety of farm animals, in 1871. since then the bcspca has slowly grown in power, aggessiveness. since present ceo, craig daniells, came on board in 2004, the bcspca has become unaccountable to the public, the government, and has added real estate to their list of casualties!!
