REMOVE JIM BOWEN FROM HIS POSITION AT THE ANIMAL SHELTER

If you haven't heard by now on April 14th 2014 a Toms River Resident killed his dog by locking it in a crate and running a hose from his car exhaust to the crate. Jim Bowen who was in charge on the scene left the scene with a dead dog and no charges filed. If you haven't followed Jim's animal career you would be shocked to know that in 2011 He had killed 7 Pit bulls in one day because he felt they were vicious after a preventable accident at the shelter he was the supervisor at. Toms River has turned there cheek to Jim's antics for way to long we need change. And we won't stop until we achieve the goal of removing him.
