Grant for igcse/gcse home education

Many children are home schooled for lots of different reasons. There are no funds available and sometimes school is not an option for different reasons. Resources are avaliable free of charge but I believe that grants should be avaliable for all home educated children to do gcse/igcse exams. Let's make sure all children get given the chance to take these exams!!!
