Demand a Change to Bylaws for Foster Dogs in the City of Yorkton Saskatchewan

I was sent a Letter by the Bylaw Officers about to many Dogs on my Property ...In the Bylaw it States only 3 Dogs owned per Household ....Where is a Bylaw about Foster Dogs ?For a local Animal Rescue Group.There are so many Strays and Abandoned dogs in and around this City and a lot want to Foster but can only have 3 dogs on there Property...SPCA and Rescues are so Full so where do all these Animals go ?Lets try and get a bylaw where you can Foster 2 Dogs per Household ....Please everyone Sign this Petition and lets get Help for all these poor ANIMALS in Need..Lets be there Voice ..
