Help to stop the unnessary improper treatment of tenants due to ignorant incompitant staff

Their has been tenants treated unfairly and improper in the following ways: Not only does this guy get into the tenants business but he tries to to power trip people as far as telling them where they can and cannot park, stand and put their belongings, not to mention who and who cannot come to their own dwelling.this man along with the man in the lower level apartments has screamed , threatened and has went through with not only putting a eviction notice on 173a apt. but then when we felt we should take a break from such abuse, , we found he had followed up with an abandonment notice right next to the eviction notice. This was just the beginning of the paper trail, as the whole time he was saying things like," this isn't where you park " and " you can't stand there" and he would go as far as to tell us we can't take our bikes in the house and to keep our cat inside, but he refuses to assign us and others a parking stall and storage closet . He has no right to swear at us as he does and to call us names and to be accompanied with the east apartments maintenance man, who screams profanities at us and they will chase us and try to pull us off our bikes. I have heard they pulled a 9 year old boy off his bike the following week they tried pulling me off mine.( I have a recording and a witness of this event upon request).
