Demand Stripping of Dead Beat Parents Rights

    My Daughter has been raised by my Husband Since she was 2 her biological Father was abusive to me in more ways than one he has not so much as sent a card since new years eve 2013 We want to do a step parent adoption but He will not sign
    I feel that after 3 or more years of no contact a Father or Mothers Rights Should be automatically Terminated.
