Earlier this week, South African, East Coast Radio Presenter Phat Joe announced to the team he'd like to break a World Record. The sugestion he loved is tobecome the first radio station ever to tattoo a baby live on air. (An infant under 1 year old).
Phat Joe loved the idea and we planned to do just that, many listeners were not impressed however now the seeds of darkness have been sown and the many people look up to him as a role model will want to follow his lead.
More reasons why Phat Joe must go..
1. Making racist comments on air. (taking a job from a white guy).
2. Talking about "sexing himself up".
3. Condoning affairs and insulting Wayde Van Niekerk's girlfriend.
4. Every show has sexual content
5. Making jokes about serial rape, and jail rape?
He is a disgrace and needs to be removed from Radio.
This man must be stopped and removed off the radio urgently.

Dear East Coast Radio and Broadcasting Complaints Commission
The presenter Phat Joe who is on East Coast Radio Drive (3-6pm) since 15 August above has been overstepping the boundaries of what normal people consider tolerable since he started on the East Coast Radio Drive Show with the past few weeks.
* Talking about sexing himself up.
* Every show if full of sexual contents
* Advocating Violence against minors by wanting to tattoo an infant on-air.
* Racist comments about taking the Job from a white guy.
* Inappropriate jokes about serial rapists and jail rape.
I feel the following terms on the code of conduct have been seriously violated by his .
4. (1) Broadcasting service licensees must not broadcast material which, judged within context, sanctions, promotes or glamorises violence or unlawful conduct based on race, national or ethnic origin, colour, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, or mental or physical disability.
(2) Broadcasting service licensees must not broadcast material which, judged within context, amounts to (a) propaganda for war; (b) incitement of imminent violence; or (c) the advocacy of hatred that is based on race, ethnicity, religion or gender and that constitutes incitement to cause harm.
6. Children
(1) Broadcasting service licensees must not broadcast material which is harmful or disturbing to children at times when a large number of children are likely to be part of the audience.
Other Complainants (2230 on survey alone)
* There was numerous complaints on the East Coast Radio Facebook page last night asking for him to be removed.
* East Coast Radio also had their telephone lines crash due to the volume of complaints between 4:30 and 6 pm on 23/08/2016.
* There has been a petition started this week and already has over 2230 supporters asking for his dismissal.

As a resident of Durban and a mother with a 13 year old child that drives home at 5pm, it is time to make a stand. #phatjoemustgo. He is not the right person for the ECR drive slot. I petition the listeners of ECR to join me and sign the petition. Hopefully the management will sit up and realize that we will not tolerate him any longer. A few points that have made me decide to do this:
1. Making racist comments on air. (taking a job from a white guy).
2. Talking about "sexing himself up".
3. Condoning affairs and insulting Wayde Van Niekerk's girlfriend.
4. Every show has sexual content
5. Tattooing a baby?
6. Making jokes about serial rape, and jail rape?
7. Calling Caster "him"? Our gold medal winner.
He is a disgrace and needs to be removed from Radio. The East Coast is clearly not the place for him.
