Unfair Water Usage Notices Issued Erroneously

We, the citizens of the city of Fresno, are very concerned with the inadequacy of the Water Department of the City of Fresno. We have begun to receive notices of excessive water use. Most of those notices were erroneous and falsely accused the resident of infractions. Many were not home and no water was being used, some were home and were not watering, allowing free water flow or anything that would have violated any watering code. We want this notices and reported violations removed from our usage records and urge the city to be more transparent with the way they are trying impose fines on the residents of the city of Fresno
