Fix overcrowding and poor living conditions of Jones County Jails!!!!!

I want to petition Mississippi Corrections because of the way the inmates are treated!!! They have them sleeping on the floor, they barely feed them, never get outside, and don't give them their medications as they are needed!! This needs to stop, they are humans not animals. People treat dogs better than they treat these prisinors!!!+ To add to this, for a man to be wrongfully accused and then treated in this way should not be ignored. I have wrote to the commisioner and I will keep writing to anyone out there until justice is served and men are treated the way they deserve, and I DO NOT CARE that some think a criminal is just a criminal because thats bull and we all know it. They are human being and should be treated as such!!!!!
