Demand Facebook moderators leave animal rights profiles & pages alone!

Any animal lover who uses Facebook for good, for example: networking with animal shelters, crossposting animals in need of homes, sharing petitions and stories of animal abuse; has seen Facebook's recent shameful actions of blocking and even permanently deleting people simply for doing the actions previously mentioned. There is no legitimate reason for Facebook moderators to do this, other than being put under pressure by animal abusers who support the atrocoties we are trying to put an end to. The people "offended" by a photo of an animal who has been abused obviously never reads into why the photo was posted in the first place. If it is an animal rights activist, they have a description on what happened to the animal, the suspected or known perpatrator, and what to do to bring the perpatrator to justice. If the person posting it finds it funny, or states how they enjoy killing animals either on their profile or in the description, only then should Facebook act IMMEDIATELY to take down the page and try to locate this person who sometimes, commits these horrifying acts. Facebook only takes action once 250 reports are given to them by us, the public. Yet they take it upon themselves to bring trouble and great difficulty to people doing very noble work and just trying to make the world a better place. In essence, we have to do their job for them, and then they treat the innocent like criminals. Excuse me, but there are actual criminals taking advantage of your website, Facebook, it's time you back off law-abiding, hard working folks and do your job properly.
A recent person who is very admirable in their work to improve the lives of dogs around the world had to deal with one of these disgraceful Facebook moderators. This is what happened:
"I was banned from my own page from April 2nd through April 9th and I was blocked because I showed a picture of a dog being raped by a man. I wanted to see if anyone could identify the man so we could save the life of the dog and bring the man to justice. Facebook then took down a picture of a dog whose face had been mutilated that I had up while I was banned from my own page. Facebook goes after this page relentlessly because I post pictures of abused animals in order for others to see the need and to encourage them to take action. I believe a picture is worth a thousand words. I can tell you an animal is abused and your help is needed but when you see for yourself, it tells a whole different story."

People need to see the relentless and terrifying abuse happening to animals of all kinds, or else they are unaware and continue to do nothing to help. If they don't want to help, nobody is forcing them to support our cause. What we do not need is harassment from animal abusers posting horrible acts of violence against animals and commenting how funny it is. We certainly do not need harassment from the very website allowing us to communicate better, and is an excellent tool for saving lives.

Dear Facebook Moderators,
You (or your peers) are currently taking part in very disgraceful actions. You are banning and blocking good people who simply network with animal shelters, crossposting animals in need of homes, sharing petitions and stories of animal abuse. There is no legitimate reason for you to do this, other than being put under pressure by animal abusers who support the atrocoties we are trying to put an end to.
