This is what BSL ( breed select legislation) is doing to our pit bulls for political motivation. These states( Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, Washington) are going into people's homes and confiscating their dogs, some of which have been members of the family for years and literally murdering them. some of these people are being forced to sell their homes and move to other states in order to save their pit bulls lives, in my opinion this is a blatant violation of our constitutional rights. it is not the breed ( pitbulls) that are responsible for these attacks, it is the people that take this loyal breed of dog and train them to be aggressive. in fact, pit bulls are responsible for only 2 percent of all dog bites in the United States, these statistics are made public by the CDC ( Center for Disease Control). These people ( if that's what you wish to call him) that fight these animals and train them to attack should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. make no mistake the breed select legislation could be coming for ours next. and it's not just about pit bulls.
