Death Penalty for Animal Abuse and Cruelty

Enforce Maximum Punishment for Animal Cruelty. I feel like we need to give Animal Abusers the death penalty. Anyone capable of harming an innocent animal could hurt a human being. How many times do you see animals being set on fire ,tortured in some of the horrific ways some are brutally beaten to death , hung and dragged behind vehicles . Some animal abusers get very little jail time or no jail time at all or just a small fine. These people are a danger to society and even if they get jail time they eventually get back out and commit these crimes over and over again. They are capable of committing the same crimes towards people. Anyone that has that much rage, hate and anger in them is dangerous and don't deserve to be free to live on this earth. Most serial killers started out by torturing animals first and when that wasn't enough pleasure and enjoyment for them they then went on to harming and killing people. Peoples tax dollars the money they work hard for shouldn't go towards keeping these Evil soul less people up in jail. They aren't remorseful for the crimes they commit and they will do it again if given the chance. We can't keep letting animal abuse happen and letting these types of people get away with it. They are murderers and we need to send a strong message to the people who commit these crimes or to the people just thinking about committing abuse to animals and that message is it will not be tolerated and that they will face the death penalty if they should commit these acts of violence. I see more and more children also committing these sick crimes towards animals as well and they will grow up to be murderers. Something needs to be done to stop this cruelty to animals. We need stronger Laws to protect animals from this kind of injustice. They are Gods creatures just like us humans and they have just as much right to live on earth as we do. The death penalty needs to be enforced to protect animals and people everywhere from evil people who commit these crimes. Jail time is not good enough and we need to send a strong message to children who commit these crimes towards animals also that it is not acceptable behavior and what will happen if they should commit these crimes. I feel this law needs to be passed in all 50 states  please sign  thanks
