GET PAID ONCE A WEEK/ MCDONALDS , ETC.

Its very hard in this world to survive, I think it would make life much easier on the employees knowing there is money on the way quicker, besides all Corporate McDonals employees are getting a ONE$ raise coming up on July FIRST. I think it would be a great time to change their 2 week policy to a one week policy ( It may cost MCDONALDS more to do this, but it will pay for itself in the long run due to the improved producdivity and improved happier attitude of the employees at the same time)I also believe are getting paid once a week really does motivates people to work more hours in one week that a two week schedule. I believe there would be less call ins to not work and better motivation to work also.Its very hard in this world to survive, I think it would make life much easier on people

I believe this change to get paid once a week will let some of that pressure up that we feel while waiting for that ever so desperatly needed pay check. I also believe it will make happier employees, it will help your community, and I absolutly believe that It WILL IMPROVE PRODUCTDIVITY and there will be less ' call ins " not to work, because it will effect you very near paycheck, To me it makes much more sence. Im sure it may cost MCDONALDS more to do this, but I believe it will pay for itself in the long run, so PLEASE PLEASE sign this petition, because you will be effecing thousands ++ of lives for the better.
