to let the governor of north Carolina know we need to spend time with our loved ones locked up that will help them to see that it can improve things and keep them in good behavior and can help those who miss each other to have some time to spend togather whether having to be in the cell or something this would be an excellent way of alleviating the stress at home and sadness that can envelope someone without the loved one being there I have someone I care about is locked up and I am at home without him we are both of the same sex and are in a relationship which is my very first relationship and would like to come in to be with him and spend time with him communicate and show him I care and letters and phone calls is just not enough to do the thing.its not about sex its about overcoming fear and overcoming sadness and lonely feeling that can really get to us very easy without someone there. as it feels such an emptiness in us whether people are heterosexual or gay or bisexual none of us should have to give up on love or someone we care about. I think its time for a change in our county jails and prisons both in north Carolina to make it legal for us to have conjugal visits. lets all make our voices heard and send this to president of the US and to NC governor, send him a letter and lets send the petitions to him for that please sign this petition to get their attention and do it for our loved ones inside these jails and prisons, so why not do it for NC many states have these programs already in place its not fair for NC not have it and other states have this program set up in jails and prison systems,

to whom this may concern: to all personnel of the county jails and prisons in the state of north carolina and to NC governor pat MCcrory, i would like to bring to you the attention and as this will also be send to the president of the united states of america, to sign this into law and to be signed by others to make this legal for north carolina state we the people of NC who have loved ones in county jails and in the prison system who are in relationships and or married engaged and those who are of the opposite sex. or same sex bisexual couples and those who are transgered should all be allowed to have someone to have conjugal visits in all jails and prisons and to allow us to have ample time to spend with someone we love as phone calls, letters, and visitations behind video or window with phones is just not enough. its makes it all the more harder for us. while conjugal visits are a way to help our loved ones stay on a good behavior and good level of attitudes this in turn will help them acheive a goal set for them. and also those of use who come in there to spend with time with our loved ones can learn alot in a jail the life is in there and whats it like can help teach and those of us who have never been in there to stay out of there. and to do good so we dont end up in there as they did.i want to see my loved one and others to be happy that we get to spend some time with them in there when we come into it as a program for us out here and them in there. maybe for a week two weeks at least be pretty good for us i want to see this petition work out well of all of us. i say we need to have a change in the state of North Carolina in all counties and cities including charlotte NC mecklenburg county jail and its for all counties. because other states have this program called conjugal visits and NC doesn't have it why not its not fair for other states to have that conjugal visit programs and NC don't have it thats wrong and not fair we need to speak up and say lets set up this program for the sake of our loved ones thank for your attention and for your open heart and mind in this matters lets work together to make it work and succeed on this, thank you again
