Dramatically cut the England football team's wages.

After four years of planning, all that emotional commitment and anticipation, England’s World Cup has unravelled in the space of five days and the defining image will be of Luis Suárez, on the floor, weeping with joy after the goals that had opened the door to show Roy Hodgson’s team the way out.

This is like dejavu over and over again every single tournament.

Now I do get that you can't win every time and you can't predict the outcome, but why are the Engish players being rewarded with promotions and pay rises for under acheiving?

I can't remember getting rewarded for not completing my assignment at school or get a promotion for not hitting my targets at work?!

I would be worried that I would be held back a year or sacked!

Personnally I think it all comes down to the money and no passion...simple.

I mean sure the players look disapointed that they have been kicked out in the press interviews, but when was the last time you seen a player really emotional?

That sort of thing comes naturally if you are really passionate about what you are doing.

Did you see Suarez's face when he scored? The Spanish players were litterally in tears when they got kicked out.

I'm not going to talk about it on and on and argue my case because every time I see a survey about this, the majority agree that they are overpaid, and end of the day it's about time we all saw some results.

Every person I speak to say's they are ashamed to support England every time they lose because it is so common that it's become the norm.

My proposal to everyone is dramatically reduce thier wages until they do something worth being paid for because I bet there are a thousand excellent footballers out there who would play a lot better and with buckets full of determination, hunger and passion all for just a hot dinner.
