Randolph county juvenile office and chldrens divison

Juvenile office does not go by law book and hasn't for years. Many complaint have been made to attorney general. He claims he has a investigation going on with Randolph county. But at same time families are being torn apart. These facilities claim they are here to help families. If that is true why are families so scared of them? I understand there they have the best interest in the children is there job. However, that does not give Chanda Bank head to judge any family, bring up how the parents was raised. Openily admit they failed on certain families. It has been said by a former juvenile officer that they go by people last names. And he was told to go by them names. But, with him being a good honest man h refused too. I feel maybe, just maybe we need someone in here that has a heart. Furthermore, actually wants to see these parent and children do better. Not tell a child they will end up on drugs or prison because there parents have. And actually listen to a family when there is a concern. If they're job is to help families the community should not fear them. We should be able to go to them if h have a child out of control and ask for help. But parents cannot do that. Because the first thing they want to do is lock your child away and lable them...Randolph county really needs help alot of it. Come on, let's come together and see if we can get this to Honorable Judge Hayes to take this in consideration and help us put someone in the juvenile office that actually wants to help. So our community is not scared anymore.

I myself can name a case where Chanda had no plan on giving the child back to mother. She had a lady who couldn't have kids fostering, well a newborn came in her care. Well the mother charges was dropped but, that mother never got her baby back. Because Chanda and a social worker kelly had a plan from the start for that baby to be adopted. Put the mother thru hell. To where she had no choice but to give up. This lady lost her baby over like and was not charged with anything. But again, Chanda got what she wanted. She gave that lady a baby she could never have. And now a mother is suffering over something she didn't do. Sad story. But it's very true. Please sign this and keep it going thanks you. Also...Please add your stories
