Demand to change the law for Elderly people
August of 2015 my 85 year old mom was living I a retirement home. At 2;30AM a woman had went to her apt and broke in, she had a guy she picked up from the local tavern, I filed a police report and nothing was done to this person, I even went to the states attorneys office, and their response was, (she has the right to be their and she did nothing wrong as she left right a way.) This is important to me because I am trying to fight for all of the elderly who cant fight for them selves

This petition is important to me because the elderly have become a big part of our lives and it seems like people around the world are forgetting all about them, lets not let that happen to our loved ones. Help me get our laws changed and help protect them. I would like to see this person arrested.

The person that broke into my moms apt. that day was not invited there, That person should've been arrested immediately and she was not. According to our law here in Illinois, This person was allowed to break-in with this strange guy she had just met at the bar and was allowed to have sex on my moms couch at 2:30 AM. My mom knew this person from before and told her not to bother her, but this woman didn't listen.
