National Grid is one of Western New York's Only electrical service providers. Since they have the only access to electrical power supply in many areas of Western NY, they have full control of regional pricing and providing electrical and power service to these areas. They have been well-known to raise or alter their prices without warning, and set unfair and unreasonable time constraints and impossible Policies on the consumer. It is time we had a choice in who provides our electrical and gas services.
