Save Linden Lodge Nottingham

Please people we need to stop them closing linden lodge Nottingham. I my self have used this place for my rehabilitation after I had a massive brain hemmarage 2 years ago and if it was not for them I don't know where I would be now. I also have a close friend that still uses linden lodge as so do many other people. I would like to get as many people to sign then I will be taking it to the head of the health authority
