My name is Noel A. Bednaz. For the past 14 years, I have been dealing with a seemingly endless dilemma involving an individual named Dennis P. McCann. I have been harassed and stalked by him online since the year 2000 but the options are unfortunately limited as to what the law can do to put an end to this. I have personally appealed to my tormentor on numerous occasions as well as to the various web hosting companies where he has a libelous website about me. All the others have complied with my requests to remove the offending website but "Alibabahost" which currently hosts the site refuses to acknowledge my complaints against Dennis. His goal is to further diminish my reputation while making himself appear to be the victim when in reality, I am the true victim. Among his infractions are the following:
1. Creating a libelous website about me to assassinate my reputation.
2. Using outdated court dockets for cases I was exonerated of against me to make it appear as if I'm a convicted cyberstalker when in fact I am not.
3. Smearing my good name by spewing his lies to anyone who will listen and getting it all documented in the "Google" search engine among others.
4. Attacking others who have assisted me in dealing with his online attacks.
5. Making my personal information available to identity thieves and other criminals.
6. Watching my every move online and publishing his findings to his libelous website regardless if it's his business or not.
7. Granting those whom I have had previous negative dealings with online instant "victim" status and manufacturing other "fake" victims to further his cause.
8. Infiltrating my non-profit organization "Abuse Victims United" in an effort to prevent me from having a voice and helping other victims like myself.
My main goal is to get on with my life and put an end to Dennis's abuse. I have tried several methods in the past with little success but I'm hoping that this petition can help me get my story out there and make a positive difference in the outcome of this situation.
