Stories such as the Leveson Inquiry and Kate Middleton’ s topless pictures have been questioned by the public, because the press are getting free handed with their right of freedom of speech. News paper articles such as these are a concern to us, because the press are gathering primary or secondary information that should not be published for any reason without the information owner’s acceptance of publishing.
