Fire Judge J. Howe Brown

  • by: Kimberly Elkins

A 22 year old woman, Jessica Fraraccio, was sentenced to five years in prison for the 2012 murder of 23 month old Elijah Nealey.  Her sentence was 50 years, Judge Brown suspended 45 years of the sentence, and required she send a check of at least one dollar on the date of Elijah's death every year after her prison release.

Fraraccio admitted to killing the toddler.  She was frustrated that the boy was crying, pulled a chair out from under him, causing the boy to hit his head on the table and floor.  The boy was naturally crying harder, so she carried him around the house, hitting the child's head on the metal stair rails and other objects.  In the end, she covered his mouth and nose with her hand and suffocated him to death.

This monster deserves the full sentence, and Judge Brown deserves to lose his appointment.  It is an outrage.

Dear Sir or Ma'am,

Please accept these petition signatures.  I am sending this in the hopes that your Board will dismiss Judge J. Howe Brown.

He did great harm to this suffering family, who expected justice to be rendered for the brutal murder of their beautiful son, Elijah Nealey.

The murderer did not get the proper and just sentence she deserved, and the Nealey family has not received the justice they deserve.

Please take the heartfelt sentiments of all these persons that took the time to sign this petition.  We all felt much outrage at this so-called sentence.  We don't believe this Judge should retain his appointment.
