Stop Canada from shipping horses for meat inhumanely

the Canadian Food Inspecton Agency has refused for over 20 years to enforce its own regulations that ensure horses  for meat over 14 hands high are crated separately so they can't hurt each other and that the crates are large enough so the horses can stand naturally.
Video captured in October 2012 in Calgary AB clearly shows large work breed horses jammed together in crates so small they can't lift their heads up and stand naturally for the horribly long flight to Japan.
Horses arrive in Japan terrified, injured or worse, as in August 2012 , DEAD.  Please sign this petition and make CFIA do its job!
