The Notoweega Nation and Crow Tribe Citizens wish to petion the State of Ohio, to recognize Treaty, Federal and State Tribal Identification Cards and Credentials. for the purposes of aquiring State Id's, Employment, Housing and Commerce.

Our goal, is why do we have to impose ourself to State, County and City requirements as they do not recognize Soveriegn Status in violation of 11th Amendment and Treaty Status. Our rights superceede these requirements.
