Misused Business Ethics and Conduct

It has come to my attention that my employer (Robert L Smith) is accountable for my termination upon a grudge that I was no longer willing of being his personal life assistant, and held responsable upon false acusations leading to my termination. Robert Smith is a user of people that only benifit him, or to persons in need, and thinks of himself as a "god" upon others, and his employees.
  The Succesful business operation of Big O Tires is built upon the principles of a fair dealing and ethical conduct of it's employees. Their reputation for integrity and excellence requires careful observance of the spirit and letter of all applicable laws and policies, as well as scrupulous regard fo the highest standards of conduct and personal integrity.
    I am asking that any persons whom has been treated poorly by Robert Smith over his work conduct as a poor manager, and to those who have personly witnessed his innapropreate actions, and misused coduct towards others, to take a stand and vouch for my cause, and help prove I was wrongfully terminated, and used for only what I could offer as a loyal person and employee.
