College for everybody

People should sign my petition because if Americans want to build a better tomorrow for the country I feel as if college is a big part of that. This petition is asking for the United states to let all students go to a local college charge free. Sounds pretty crazy to some people but the students will be forced to have a job, the student will be able to pay for their college tuition every time they get there income tax return. The cost will be split depending on how many years the students will attend the school.
This could really help America become a much better educated country. Everyone with a job could attend college and get a degree without having the stress of how they are going to pay their tuition.
