Allow us to prefix Bharat Ratna before Dr. B.R. Ambedkar - Abhishek Kadyan

The SC had issued a judgment on December 15, 1995, that national awards do not amount to 'titles' within the meaning of Article 18(1) and they should not be used as suffixes or prefixes, In 1990, the Bharat Ratna, India's highest civilian award, was posthumously conferred upon Ambedkar, hence relaxation in article 18 (1) required, particularly National award was posthumously conferred upon the awardees and prefixation as title before his name can't be treated as the violation of human rights of the rest of the citizens of India, So Abhishek Kadyan, Ms. Suman Malik along with Ms. Sukanya Berwal endorsed Naresh Kadyan to take up this matter with the Committee on Petitions for their recommendations.
