Vladislav Chelah is a 19-year-old guy, who serves on the border between Kazakhstan and China. At the 30th of May there had happened a terrible tragedy: at one of posts there were killed all the border guards - 14 military men.
The only one who survived - was Chelah. Now he is accused in the incident. But most of people of our country doesn't believe it can be the truth. He started his serve recently, has no any expirience, some of those people were skilled oficers, how could he kill all them??? And he even had no any reason to do this!!!
For now at kazakh sites there are published a lot of materials about this, but we, simple people, can see there too much controversial information. Everybody may check it, if somebody wants.
So, please, The Government of Kazakhstan, let the innocent go, and better don't hide the real murderers!!!
