petition to keep current operation regarding the sale of snacks being sold

I am petitioning for the city of Montgomery, Alabama department of Controls and Division to allow me the continued use of the current address of 425 Spring Valley Road for the sell of snacks. The selling of snacks at the above listed address has played a vital role in the community for many reasons, one it has provided a convenient way for parents and children within the community to purchase snacks from my residence which is centrally located to members of the community due the fact the nearest store location is miles. Many of the people that patronize me are small children who are not allowed to travel that far alone or their parent who are unavailable to take them to the store. I also have parents that often have forgotten to purchase snacks and utilize my services especially in the mornings
