We the people demand for Narcan to be carried and administered by local authorities to save lives.

Richard K. Jones of Butler County, Ohio, refuses his officers to carry a $37. 50, life saving drug to reverse overdose, which without this drug, many people will die in a disease that lacks treatment and funding for assistance.
When an officer is sworn into service, they make a oath to serve and protect, not to be an onlooker for someone who is ultimately going to be dead, without the life saving drug, that can prevent the overdose. Officer's are on seens first before the ambulances, they should be able to help save lives without discrimination of a type of disease that addiction has been labeled under.
We the people demand that our government restore the right to live without discrimination. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights, articles 2 Freedom of discrimination and article 3, Humans of any kind have the right to life.
As well the "Tort" law to used in the manner of which means it was created. In a common law, it is a civil wrong that unfairly causes someone else to suffer loss or harm resulting in legal liability.
We the people want our funding to be restored for mental health services, funding within our jail /prison system's to help an addict to find recovery, instead of taxpayer dollars paying for a revolving door, place treatment within our jail system, treatment facilities to help reduce the amount of addicts that have no means for help. Lives are valuable, no one has the ability to play God and allow death to happen, especially when help can be provided by a simple source of a medicine that is known to save lives.
