Robert Carpenter was involved in a crime 25 years ago. Turning states evidence on his cohorts he was promised 8 years and 9 months sentence. Again 25 years later the parole is willing to grant him his parole but the victims sister is trying to stop the he victims sister is making this a racial battle when its not. When in fact if it wasnt for Robert Carpenter the sheriff wouldnt have the evidence to find and convict the others in this crime.
