Demand a choice in TV Cable Providers

McMurtry Towers is an income based residence, but we are being forced to pay the highest Cable provider because Comcast holds the monopoly. We want to be able to have a choice of providers, for example, now that Directv has gone digital, we wouldn't even need a dish, but it would be more cost effective for our residents.
