Demand for Reform of Division Of Family Services

In the state of Missouri, Division of family services has to much authority and power when deciding to remove the children from their homes. The juvenile officers, social workers, lawyers and judges are all part of the system that is stealing our children and inflicting trauma repeatedly. By placing children in the state system they are in fact traumatizing those children. The first unsaid rule is to break the family bond quickly, then they assess the children by having them examined by multiple counselors, medical, therapists half of which do not have children of their own, or just freshly received their credentials which allows for mistakes, serious, lifelong mistakes. Once the social worker gets the okay they take the children causing strife in the home, everyone is upset and the children then are taken to stay with strangers mostly and the thoughts of what had just happened echo in their little minds, not knowing how to process. These children just want the safety of their parents but are refused any contact. Later if your children are blessed enough to be able l e to qualify for home visits they are once again traumatized by being allowed to visit their homes for a few hours then ripped back out to go back to the strangers, then overrides this has to be the worst being able to sleep back in their beds only to be taken back to the strangers home. The confusion that must go on in these children's little minds, they become withdrawn, non trusting, full of anxiety and broken, broken by the ones they claim help these children. This stays with them throughout their lives, and these children now adults are scarred with trauma are now affecting their children. Stop the trauma!!! In 2019 the state of Missouri had a thousand children missing from Division of Family Services custody and most were unreported to the parents, caregivers, local police.. Stop the taking of our children, stop the trauma! NO YOUR RIGHTS, ASK LOTS OF QUESTIONS, QUESTION EVERYTHING, THEY ARE NOT YOUR FRIENDS, THEY HAVE A JOB TO SECURE, THERE IS NO PROFIT IN CHILDREN THAT ARE LEFT AT HOME, EVERYONE NEEDS TO BE PAID.
