Challenge to amend 28 USC AND THE DOMESTIC REPATIONS EXCEPTION

was civilly harmed by the Acts of 3 judges, 2 lawyers one being my own that malpractice my case. While I was even enduring trauma, paralyzed from a double neck frscture. These judges in Domestic Relations would even perform intrinsic fraud a long with G.A.L. forcing me back to work fulltime with 5 pens and rods in my neck. This was a civil tort that also degenernate my Spinal Cord, life term injury I would grow enabling myself to be a civil litigant. I went after these defendants in Federal Court, The Kansas City Western district, United States Eight Circuit Court of Appeals unto the Highest Court! The United States Supreme Court

The case went on for over three years as I was pro se (self represented). Writing legal briefs, cross motions ,fighting for my health, disability after breaking my neck yet still have my kids taken away by judges performing libel and intrinsic fraud. Judges unlawfully took them away by taking trials off the record enabling no court recorder.
I fought til I almost died with this life injury however I still fought as I have had no relief from the civil tort
abuse of process I was to subjected to endure 7 years
My case would be thrown out erroneous by a federal in 2016 . The judge opinion stated its due to the Domestic Relation Clause. However Acts such as abuse of powers from Actors under Color of Law Statues

I petition this government in regards to this rule of law that has not been amended in the Federal system and Supreme Court jurisdiction. Any and all cases that involve a civil action arising in Equity under the United States Constitution. MEANING A CIVIL RIGHT WAS VIOLATED ARE HARMED BY A CIRCUIT COURT (State) jurisdictions.

The law States there is a federal question in terms of 28 U.S.C. that uphold the law making expressing under Articke III section Ii ,Domestic Relations is not excluded to be heard in the federal system if the system abuse the law.

I WILL PETITION an appendix another brief to the Missouri State Supreme Court. If I had to pay a lawyer to write a complex brief? The cost would be $25,000. I have appendix one in the Highest Court in the United States
Under Articke III section !! Protects the right that 28 USC among the circuits are conflicting. I was fruad upon by a indecent, bent out power, State system that performed fraudulent Acts under Color of Law codes. Now I am trying to reform the law and the Domestic Relation Clause as the judges hid evidence, fabricated a story making me believe I was signing up to a programs. But this judge intrinsically place me on DCME like I abuse my children. They would take the court off the venue where it was originally enabling no court reporter. When the abuse was unsubstantiated on the record in court months before that time.
No one should be treated like this in a court system
Help me. But now I have found this rule in 28 USC qnd Article III section II that unequivocally states ,not even the Domestic Relation Clause does not prohibit the District Court ( federal Sytem) and or the Supreme Court having ,subject matter Jurisdiction to hear this case.

When petitioners,respondent and even defendants are harmed by adjudicators that are bent out on power!
I am challenging the Missouri State Court to hear the Federal question in terms of 28 USC and the Domestic Relations Exception.

Please SIGN the petition to help me reform the law. Remember there are women who are harmed by there husbands. They do not even make it to the federal system. Nor do they give leeway to good fathers harmed by the decision of partiality. No justice should favor one party more than the another. This system has torn families apart.
