Constituents of Representative Mark Meadows (R), North Carolina, are requesting at least one town hall meeting -- but preferably regular town hall meetings -- to discuss issues that will affect the 11th District.
What will be the effects of repealing the Affordable Care Act on residents of the 11th District?
How big an increase in the national deficit will result from repeal of the Affordable Care Act?
How adequate will a proposed replacement of Affordable Care Act be for the residents of the 11th District? Will health improve, medical bankruptcies decrease, mortality and morbidity decrease?
Will a proposed replacement of the Affordable Care Act result in increased employment and improved economy in the 11th District?
How can we be sure that regulations are kept that have a net benefit to workers, consumers, voters, the general public and the environment?
How can we be sure that in considering which regulations to repeal, the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform weighs not only costs but also benefits of each regulation? How can we be sure that long-term benefits are weighed as carefully as short-term benefits?
What are Representative Meadows' plans for assisting and advancing Western North Carolina for all Western North Carolinians during his term?
Many constituents have reported that Representative Meadows has been unavailable via telephone, mail, and electronic messaging. A series of town hall meetings would grant him the opportunity to communicate with his constituents in larger numbers, and would grant his constituents the opportunity to clearly understand his positions.

I would like to give this petition to Rep. Meadows on Monday. (OK--It'll probably a staffer -- but I WILL tweet him and email him and snail mail him (return receipt requested.)) I still would like a lot more signatures from NC. I'm counting on you to share this again, multiple times. THANK YOU!

I am so glad you signed the petition for Rep. Mark Meadows to have Town Hall meetings. It has only 90 signatures from NC. He continues to block constituent contact.
Help us get more signatures! Please post it to your FB or other social media timelines. Meadows must know LOUD and CLEAR that his constituents notice his unwillingness to meet.
(Signatures from outside the 11th District, while cherished by me, only confirm his notion that only paid "outsiders" are fomenting this discontent.)
