Making Battlebridge coutryside area of outstanding natural beaby and national park

I want to making the Battlesbridge hilly valley of countryside in Essex uk an area fo outstanding natural beauty and a mini national park with rewilding potential with relaying hedgerows and creating wild meadows and new community woodland areas which could serve as new wildlife corridors and restoration of river fort local tourism and natural trails for local people.
