Recency Condos "Junk pile". Honest mistake

I'm trying to see how many know about or have been to Navarre Beach Recency Condos and looked through the "Free unwanted items" or gotten any of the "free
unwanted item's" from the designated area that the home owner's,tenants, workers, and vacationers put thier unwanted item's? where many locals have gone to look or get item's for yrs and didn't need permission or appointment to do so.  I greatly appreciate all the signatures I get. Thank you again to all. The reason this is important to me is because I've been going to Regency junk pile for a few years now. I've never had any problems in the past and never did I ever have to have permission or an appointment to get items from the pile, the employees and homeowners and help me load items as well. The only rule is as long as there is no name on the items is free to whom ever wants. Well one of the condos was under construction and there was some used material with concrete dried on them and they were located in the unwanted items file by mistake of the construction workers, and even in the video you can see clearly there was new stuff and then there was the junk pile area with the stuff was placed by mistake by the construction people, well because I got the used trim with concrete dried on it dried sheetrock on it really did like you could reuse it you know for the condos so I place it in the back of the truck and went home I parked in my front yard with the tail end of truck facing Road. If I was trying to take something without permission I would not have left items in question in the bed of the truck facing the road. Well 4 days later I had every cop in Santa Rosa County Navarre in my front yard they had my house swarmed like we were some kind of criminals, murderers or something it was quite embarrassing and very uncalled for. It's been almost a year now and we're still going to court about the used material we got by mistake due to it being placed in wrong spot and it was returned exactly in the condition we got it we also told the officers on scene that we got the materials from the Regency. We were honest about everything. I'm trying to get this taken care of asap.  I refuse to plead guilty for an honest mistake. The charges that they are trying to charge me with carries a 10 years jail term, to me that's a little extreme for someone that's never been in trouble, so I'm asking for as many signatures as I can get so I can  get this taken care of and thrown out. I'm thankful for everyone that sign this,  it shows me that good people still exists in the world.  Thank you again...
