Education to start at 10am

The problem is that I never wake up for college to be there in time for 9am. I’m sure 60% of other teenagers will agree with this that it is a huge problem to get to school and college in time with it starting so early. This ends in late after lates mark concluding to a decrease in your attendance. I think education should start at 10am as it will improve the attendance of teenagers in education
