Ban Home Schooling To Help Stop Child Abuse

We need to ban home schooling now because children are not being safe at home. In the last month at least three children have been found dead from abuse. If they were in school or daycare it might not have happened. Maybe the cost is too high for the parent and if so we must fix that also. Please help the children.
