Save Christopher Columbus statues

We should save history, not destroy it! We should be able to have Christopher Columbus statues up in our streets and respect and preserve the great place our Italian heritage holds in history! I would like for my son and all to see the statue in New York. What's more American than New York? If you take Christopher Columbus out of America, there is no America!
