Open Letter to Odd Job Management

Having been involved in the situation off and for a while, it is my opinion,

that they are acting out of harmony with the spirit of the school, it could be out of ignorance but several members of the dojo have attempted to communicate with them and still the imbalance exists.

So being students of harmony I suggest it is incumbent upon us to help them understand that we feel the imbalance and are committed to harmonious resolution (which is not the same as letting someone walk all over you!).

We the undersigned are writing you to express our disappointment at the odor and pests that have taken up residence in our school since the garage space has been leased to Odd Job.

We understand that this is a business arrangement and we want to to be clear that we are committed to your success. We very much want the rental arrangement to work for Odd Job and City Aikido.  However at this time the way your waste is stored in the space that connects directly to our dojo is causing considerable concern and has introduced the smell of sour alcohol as well as flies and now mice.

Have you been made fully aware of these circumstances?

Do believe there are measures you are willing to take to remove the attractive nuisance smells that are permeating the dojo from the garage space?
